The wall panels provided by us are basically made of:-
Cement Fiber Board Panels-50mm to 62mm thick insulated wall panels of 6mm thick Cement Fiber Board on both sides, filled with thermo Cole.
G.I. Sheet Panels-75mm thick insulated wall panels of G.I. Sheets on both sides, filled with thermo Cole, fixed with chemical pasting, joined with the support of various G.I. sections, duly painted and finished with texture coated paint or any other finishing with color of your choice.
Here are the specifications for the Roof Structure:
BWP Ply Panels- 62mm thick insulated roof panels of 6mm thick BWP grade ply on both sides with Marandi wood frame in it, filled with thermo Cole with G.I. corrugated sheets on top of the roof.
G.I. Roof Panels-75 mm thick insulated roof panels of G.I. sheets on both sides, filled with thermo Cole.
The Floor will be made of:
M.S.Flooring-M.S. Flooring is made out of M.S Pipe Sections resting on ISMB/C and mounted with 18mm thick waterproof Board with Vinyl Sheet or Wooden Tiles on it to provide a sturdy portable floor raised at 6" to 8" above ground level.
Here are the specifications for Doors and Windows:
Windows-Aluminium sliding windows (or Fixed Glass Windows) with locking arrangements (Sizes as per the requirement of the client)either anodized or powder coated.
Doors-Doors will be either Flush doors or Aluminium doors with locking arrangements (Sizes as per the requirement of the client.)
The portable toilets can be equipped with basic necessities or can be designed luxuriously as per need. These are readily functional with adequate plumbing and sewerage connections. Accessories like showers, EWC, washbasins, mirrors, taps etc., can be fixed inside these ready made toilets.
The materials used for making these toilets are Cement Fibre Board, UPVC Profiles and G.I. Sheets
These are usual cabins affixed with various kitchen accessories, plumbing connection and wash basins. These cabins can be equipped with any modern kitchen equipment, such as chimneys, microwave ovens, grillers etc. and are highly useful for farm houses and picnic locations.
Similarly, these cabins can be equipped with chairs and tables and can be air-conditioned to turn them into excellent cafeterias.
Under this segment are included the interiors and the various other specifications of importance.
The interior and exterior walls of the cabin are painted with texture which has water proof and fire resistant chemical coatings.
The Boards, Screws, fasteners, and various G.I. sections or any other material that is used in the cabin is of superior quality. These are installed under the supervision of our team of qualified engineers and technicians.
The specially designed fully equipped and accessorized potable kitchens and toilets are other things of vital importance.
